The Victory Pass Equestrian Apparel office and workshop are located in Louisville’s St. Matthew’s neighborhood, a short drive from the Rock Creek Riding Club, the Kentucky State Fairgrounds, and the numerous saddlebred stables in Oldham, Shelby, Spencer, and Bullitt Counties, as well as the greater Bluegrass region.
